Hybrid Connectors

HYPERBUSS™ Family
Amphenol Sine Systems’ HYPERBUSS™ Family of receptacle Connectors are IP68 and IP69K rated (in mated condition), high-performance, cost-effective solutions used in a variety of interconnect applications where a common “bussed” electrical pathway is required. They contain superior environmental seals and seal retention capabilities.
ICFP
Amphenol's ICFP offers 50 Ohms access to IC contact pads and signal paths on an IC circuit footprint. This solution is simple to manipulate, cost-effective, and time-saving alternative to expensive X-Y tables and fragile planar probes for Engineers who may need to probe multiple signals at once.

Iguana 38999
Iguana is intermateable with MIL-DTL-38999 Series III and is waterproof up to IP68 in both mated and unmated conditions. The series is optimised for PCB applications and is pre-loaded with pin-tail contacts and includes integrated moulded stand-offs to facilitate inspection and cleaning. Optional integral ground pins provide low-impedance shell-to-ground connections for improved EMI performance.

Industrial Circular Metal Connectors - MIL Style
C015 Circular Connectors: The six- and seven-pole circular connectors of the C015 series are according to the requirements of EN 175 000. The series is distinguished by its stable design and easy handling.
MS 5015 Circular Connectors: The MS 5015 class is a standard of cylindrical MIL-C-5015 connectors, according to the latest performance requirements of MIL-C-5015.

IP67

IP-FX
The IP-FX field-installable IP67 weatherproof housing is designed as a cost-effective means of providing a removable interface for harsh environments. It allows for quick and easy installation onto cable assemblies. The IP-FX allows direct mating to edge-mounted active devices or as a sealed feed-thru to adapters or internally mounted devices. Well suited for wireless base station applications.
ix Industrial™ IP20 Connectors
ix Industrial™ connectors enable IoT connectivity for Ethernet and other Industrial protocols through all levels of an operation from the Enterprise/Cloud to the sensors/actuators at the factory floor. These 10mm pitch connectors featuring 2-point metal latches are just 25% of the size of an RJ45 connector, and as such allow much greater port density and mating security.
JSFC15/JSFC16 Connectors
Fiber optic connectors approved for use in JSF/F-35 applications. Based on Amphenol Composite Tri-Start, Qualified to MIL-DTL-38999. Nickel plating (200°C) can withstand 2000 hours of salt spray exposure. 1500 couplings minimum. Recessed pins in this 100% scoop-proof connector minimize potential termini damage.
JT - D38999 Series II
The JT connectors are in accordance with the MIL-DTL-38999 Series II standard. These connectors were developed to meet the needs of the aerospace industries. They offer a large variety of contact arrangements and shell styles, with maximum weight/space savings and reliability.
Junction Modules/Electronic Modules
Series I Terminal Junction Modules and Series II Socket Junction Modules are robust, reliable, and perform to M81714 electrical and mechanical standards. Series I uses standard M39029/1 pin contacts. Series II uses M39029/22 socket contacts. Both accommodate 12-26 AWG wires. Mounting rail and installation/termination accessories and customization available.
KTK Downhole
KTK offer high pressure and high temperature sealed connections standard in the downhole industry thanks to the capability of working at 200°C and 20,000 PSI.
Latch-N-Lok Cable-to-Board Connector System
FCI Basics Latch-N-Lok is a shielded, latching input/output connector with PCB receptacles and cable plug kits for signal, power, grounding, and shielding applications. Latch-N-Lok connector produces an audible 'click' sound when it is properly connected, indicating that the IO is ready to function. The cable connectors accommodate a wide variety of cable diameters and wires ranging from 32-20AWG.
