Amphenol has been designing and manufacturing electrical and electronic connectors since the company’s inception in 1932. For nearly a century, we’ve been helping customers transmit power, data and signal in the harshest environments, from subsea applications to the outer reaches of space and everywhere in between. Our wide array of electrical and electronic connectors come in multiple form factors and are designed to meet the latest market needs including high power, high speeds, size and weight reduction, EMI shielding, hermeticity, high pressure and improved board retention. Dual Port
Positronic Dual Port series utilize two (or more) D-sub connectors that are vertically stacked and assembled into a single connector unit. This allows for space savings on panels and printed boards. Dual Port series connectors are recommended for use in sheltered, non-corrosive indoor or outdoor environments.
Dubox® 2.54mm
The Dubox®, connector family offers an extensive range of through-hole and surface-mount part options. It is available in single or double-row in both straight and right angle orientations from 2 to 50 positions, with a maximum current rating of 3A per individual contact. This cost-efficient solution offers high reliability in electrical performance.
Dubox® 2.54mm Crimp to Wire
The Dubox®, connector families offer an extensive range of through-hole and surface-mount part options, including single or double-row in either straight or right-angle orientation from 2 to 50 positions, with a current rating of 3A (maximum) per individual contact. The Dubox® contact has a pre-stressed, dual-beam design to enable low insertion force, 4-wall contact design for signal protection.
Duflex™ Flex Connectors
FCI Basics Duflex™ connectors represent a low-cost and reliable solution for terminating FPC/FFC and touch membrane switches. These are designed for 2.54mm grids. The Duflex connector combines the advantage of the well-proven Dubox™ receptacle with the assembly speed of IDC termination techniques. These connectors are available in both single and double row versions with up to 36 contacts per row.
DuraEV™
DuraEV™ is a standard connector solution offered with 2 power and 4/6 signal pins which employs a patented contact system that is capable of carrying a continuous current from 15A up to 70A with 10,000 mating cycles. IP67 rated in both mated and unmated conditions (with IP cap on socket side), DuraEV™ has finger protection with FMLB feature for power terminals, and CPA to ensure secure locking.
DuraLok™ Series
Available in 38 position (6 Power/32 Signal Configuration)
Amphenol Sine Systems’ DuraLok™ Dual-Locking Connectors are a high-density, heavy-duty, IP68 and IP69K rated (in mated condition), environmentally-sealed connector series with a robust, integrated locking lever, built directly into the plug housing, ensuring a secure mating with the receptacle every time.
DuraMate™ Family
DuraMate™ Family of environmentally-sealed, multi-pin, heavy duty, plastic (AHDP) or metal (AHDM/AHDBM) circular connectors provide an
economical, quick-connect, bayonet-locking system manufactured to withstand the challenges and complexities of harsh-environment, off-road applications.
DURASWAP™ Concentric Connectors
HIGHLY DURABLE SWAPPABLE DOCKING CONNECTOR
The swappable custom battery connector solutions with cable assemblies are offered in 2 power & 6 signal configurations. These connectors can carry a continuous current up to 100A with 10,000 mating cycles. They are IP67-rated in mated condition and can be mated in two directions (bi-directional mating).
DuraSwap™ Connectors
HIGHLY DURABLE SWAPPABLE DOCKING CONNECTOR
The swappable custom battery connector solutions with cable assemblies are offered in 2 power & 6 signal configurations. These connectors can carry a continuous current of 15A-70A with 10,000 mating cycles and IP67 rated in mated and unmated condition
EazyPwr™ IP67 Field Installable Connector
EazyPwr™ IP67 field-installable connector provides the next generation of custom power with up to 125A per contact. The metal latching system ensures a reliable connection between the mated pair. The water-tight plug and screw-on cap can be removed easily. Wide range of customizable components to fit specific application needs. Rubber sealing provides IP67 protection.
ecomate® Aquarius™
Available in a variety of shell sizes and insert arrangements for Power, Mixed Power/Signal, Coax, and RJ45 layouts. Amphenol Sine Systems’ ecomate® Aquarius Waterproof Connectors provide an IP67/69K waterproof rating when in a mated condition for industrial applications and incorporates the latest technology in high impact thermoplastic design, offering many advantages.
eco|mate® | Circular Connectors
The eco|mate® series is one of our most famous Amphenol brands. Five subseries offer solutions based on plastic circular and metal circular connectors. 11 Shell Sizes and a huge variety of connector types enable almost any configuration. Up to 300A, 900V and 48 poles can be used in the fields of machine building, agriculture, lighting, or robotic.
ecomate® Family
ecomate® Family of circular, multiway connectors provide an IP65 thru IP69K rating range (in mated condition) for indoor/outdoor industrial applications and feature robust, durable, plastic or metal construction with either a circular bayonet, a quick-locking automatic, or a rapid coupling system option. With a max. amperage/voltage range of 56A-300A/600V-1000V, depending on the series.
ecomate® RM
Available in a variety of shell sizes and insert arrangements. ecomate® RM (Rugged Metal) Series of circular, metal connectors provide an IP67 rating (in mated condition) for industrial applications, all in a sealed connector system. With a bayonet coupling system and maximum current rating of 45A/600V, the ecomate® RM (Rugged Metal) Series is perfect for Indoor/Outdoor applications
ecomate® RSSM
Available in 8 Shell Sizes / 27 Insert Arrangements. The ecomate® RSSM (Rugged Superior Seal Metal) Series of circular, metal connectors provides an IP69K rating (in mated condition) for industrial applications. With a bayonet coupling system and a maximum current rating range of 7A to 45A/600V, the ecomate® RSSM Series is perfect for indoor/Outdoor applications.
EconoStik™ 2.54mm
EconoStik™ 2.54mm is an economical range of 2.54mm unshrouded header. It is available in single-row and double-row with vertical through-hole, right-angle through-hole, and vertical SMT terminations. EconoStik™ 2.54mm is a standard 0.64mm square header with high-temperature resin and 1μ" gold plating in contact and tail. It supports up to 50 mating cycles.
Edge Launch Plus PCB Connectors
SV Microwave’s Edge Launch Plus PCB Connectors are precision RF connectors engineered for board-edge applications where reliability and high-frequency performance are critical. This product line features an extended flange design at the PCB transition point to maintain ground contact in the event of copper pull-back, ensuring consistent electrical performance. Available in multiple detent styles.
Edge Lock RF PCB Connectors
SV Microwave’s new Edge-Lock PCB connector series is designed to pull the connector's contact lane into the edge of the PCB. EDSFF Board Site Connector
Amphenol introduces the next-generation OverPass™ solution - EDSFF Board Site Connector. The 0.60mm pitch connector comes with a slim form factor design, capable of transmitting a highspeed signal up to PCIe® Gen 5 and PCIe® Gen 6 and allowing much greater signal path lengths while maintaining SI performance compared to conventional PCB routing methods.
