Conformable RF Cable Assemblies
SV Microwave's conformable cable assemblies feature hand-formable cable that retains its shape after being placed into specific bends providing a balance between bending capability and high-frequency performance up to 40 GHz. These cable assemblies, recognized for their customizable features, are useful for prototyping and development.
Converge RF Cable Assembly Capability
SV Microwave offers a completely customizable solution to optimize cable assembly flexibility in applications with tight routing requirements while minimizing insertion loss. Our proprietary ConvergeRF capability introduces a direct solder connection that transitions from Ø.047" cable to Ø.085" cable without additional interfaces.
CoreHC RF Cable Assemblies
Amphenol CDI CoreHC™ is a high-performance, solderless ganged coaxial solution designed for direct PCB attachment. Featuring a 2.5mm pitch signal-to-signal configuration, it enables engineers to maximize space savings while reducing PCB size and cost. The DC-70GHz connector minimizes trace lengths, optimizing insertion loss and ensuring superior performance.

Our applications and design engineering teams routinely make minor adjustments to standard parts-such as lengthening flanges, adjusting retention features, or altering PCB connector lengths—to support specific design requirements. CQ Connectors
CQ Connectors are aerospace-grade, quick-disconnect rectangular connectors based on the standard D-Subminiature (MIL-DTL-24308) footprint. Featuring a unique push-button locking mechanism that eliminates the need for tools and screws, they are designed for rapid installation, blind-mating, and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention in mission-critical aviation and defense applications.
CRN Brackets
CRN Bracket is custom-made to hold the “Current Return Network” in place inside a composite aircraft. Very easy to install with a bolt, the CRN system is fixed in place by hand with an integrated snap system on the bracket. The bracket is made of PEEK material and silicone is over-molded onto the bracket.
Cryo Semi Rigid Assemblies
Amphenol CDI’s cryogenic semi‑rigid cable assemblies are engineered for precision, stability, and ultra‑low‑temperature performance, delivering reliable signal integrity for quantum computing, scientific instrumentation, aerospace, and advanced electronic systems. CSLT Connectors
The CSLT is a quick coupling connector for use in Avionics systems, which can be used with PC tail and solder cup contacts in the receptacle and standard AS39029 size 20 contacts in the plug. This connector can be polarized in six different positions. The bayonet post design on this quick coupling connector is just an example of the capabilities we have available for your custom interconnect solutions.

Piezo Technologies assists customers in designing, developing, manufacturing, assembling, and testing a wide range of custom piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers. We specialize in solving complex ultrasonic transducer challenges and have extensive experience designing and manufacturing high temperature, high pressure, and harsh environment transducers.
Custom Ultrasonic Transducers for Non-Destructive Testing
Specialty piezoceramics and custom ultrasonic transducers for challenging NDT applications: inspecting aircraft components like wings, fuselage, and engines; inspecting Oil & Gas pipelines, pressure vessels, and storage tanks; detecting cracks and fissures in tracks on railway systems; detecting wear, corrosion, cracks, and defects in power generation systems; manufacturing quality control.
D38999 Connectors with Coaxial, Concentric Twinax, and Triax Contacts
MIL-DTL-38999 connectors are ideally suited for shielded contacts for high-performance, high-speed interconnection applications. Insert arrangements can incorporate: coax (sizes 8, 12, and 16); twinax (sizes 8 and 12); and triax contacts (sizes 8, 10, and 12).
D38999 Connectors with Quadrax, Differential Twinax Contacts
D38999 Series III Connectors are ideally suited for the incorporation of shielded contacts for high-performance, high-speed interconnection applications. Uses size 8 high-speed Quadrax and Differential Twinax contacts. A wide selection of connector shell styles and sizes are available. Transition adapters can be used to attach connectors with Quadrax or Differential Twinax contacts to PCBs.
D38999 Contact Cable Assemblies
Amphenol SV Microwave offers high-frequency BMA and SMPM D38999 cabled RF contacts (size 8, 12 & 16) to SMA male connectors on Ø.085 and Ø.141 cable types that populate standard D38999 circular connectors. These fixed-length cable assemblies allow you to expand the use of the standard D38999 circular connector to incorporate microwave transmission lines.
D38999 Pin and Socket Contacts
SV Microwave has released a line of D38999 pin and socket contacts that are aligned to the latest specification set forth by SOSA™. These coaxial contacts fit both standard and series III housing and are offered in BMB size 8 and SMPM size 12. These contacts are ideal in an embedded system that transitions from the chassis to an out-of-the-box application.

Differential Twinax Contacts
Used to facilitate the launching of controlled impedance signals to printed circuit boards. Two strategically spaced inner contacts form two 100 or 150 Ohm matched impedance differential pairs. Requires modification of MIL-DTL-38999 connector to accommodate keyed contacts. Available in size 8 crimp termination style. Also available in size 8 with PC tails.
Differential Twinax Contacts
Offers several advantages for high data transfer rates, low power consumption and excellent EMI compatibility. Amphenol Twinax contacts terminate to a variety of cables and are also available with PCB tails.
Digital Video Interface Media Converters
Proven line of Digital Video Interface media converters that can be used in harsh environment avionics, ground systems, or naval applications that need to transmit and receive such encoded interfaces over fiber optic cables.
