BarKlip® BK450 Connector
Amphenol's BarKlip® BK450 connector is designed to mate directly with a 3.18mm single pole busbar and provides a convenient method of distributing up to 450A between busbars. The connector system features 36 independent points of gold-plated contact beams ensuring high current carrying capability and low contact resistance.
BarKlip® BK600 I/O
OCP-COMPATIBLE POWER CABLE ASSEMBLY COMPLIANT WITH OPEN COMPUTE POWER DISTRIBUTION ARCHITECTURE
Amphenol's BarKlip® BK600 I/O power cable assemblies feature an OCP-compatible design compliant with ORv3 power distribution architecture standards. Barklip® BK600 I/O can distribute up to 700A between busbars, cables, and circuit boards.
BarKlip® XP200 Connector

Amphenol's BarKlip® XP200 connector provides a convenient method of distributing up to 200A directly to a 3.00mm mating busbar. The connector system features an integrated guide system that provides protection to the contacts during mating and un-mating.
BarKlip® XP300 Connector
HIGH POWER AND LOW RESISTANCE 3.00MM BUSBAR CONNECTOR
Amphenol's BarKlip® XP300 connector is designed to mate directly with 3.00mm single pole busbars and provides a convenient method of distributing up to 300A between vertical and horizontal busbars. The connector features 16 independent points of conducting beams ensuring high reliability and ultra-low contact resistance.
BarKlip® XP Connectors
HIGH POWER AND LOW RESISTANCE BUSBAR CONNECTOR
Amphenol's BarKlip® XP connectors feature independent points of contact that provide overall lower resistance and greater overall efficiency. BarKlip® XP series is capable of distributing anywhere from 150 to 1000A of power to busbar power distribution applications.

Barrier Terminal Block
In structure, they comprise panel feed-through type, baffle type, and pluggable type, and can connect all kinds of conducting wires whose cross-sections are 0.32mm² to 53.5mm². The spacing between 7.62mm and 11mm can be selected. It can provide covered or uncovered styles. Product design in line with IEC60998, UL1059, CSA C22.2 No.158, and other international standards.

Battery Connectors
Amphenol’s comprehensive offering of battery connectors for mobile phones comes in single and multi-contact versions with straight and right-angle mountings. They feature stamp and form contacts with additional solder tags for high reliability and conductivity. Amphenol offers right angle and direct compression type, Wire to Board, board to board, blade type and float, or SMT versions.
Battery Structural Components
Modern high-voltage battery systems consist of many individual cells. These can be held together by cell connectors in the correct grid and thus safely contacted. Power rails for transferring the energy of the individual cells inside or outside the battery are also part of our portfolio.
