For nearly a century, we’ve been helping customers transmit power, data and signal in the harshest environments, from subsea applications to the outer reaches of space and everywhere in between. High Power 38999
High Power 38999 incorporates RadSok, Temper-Grip, or standard high power contacts. Paired with the proven performance of the MIL-DTL-38999 connector series, High Power 38999 offers a variety of tooled arrangements specifically designed to carry high current (70 to 250 amps per contact, 240 to 1000 amps per connector).
High Power 5015
Features high-current RadSok or Temper Grip socket contacts for a current-carrying capacity increase of up to 40%. Utilizing two proven connector mating designs (Matrix 5015 and MGT-5015) and a host of new contact termination methods, the High Power Series offers custom connector performance in a standard catalog offering.
High Speed Backplane (Customised)
Amphenol BSI (ABSI) are the trusted technology leader for more than 30 years in the Backplane & Midplane business. We design, build and test customised Backplane & Midplane solutions for most of the global leaders in IT Datacom and Telecoms technology systems. We have products performing to 56gb/s today in the production environment with speeds up to 112 Gb/s PAM4 in development.
High Voltage 38999
An expansion of the MIL-DTL-38999 series to provide solutions for next-generation aircraft power requirements. Future power distribution architecture is moving toward higher voltages above what standard connectors are designed to accommodate. Amphenol HV38999 has been tested up to 1200 VAC / 1500 VDC* to remain partial discharge free @ 50,000 ft.
HTC
The HTC Series is designed to meet the requirements of MIL-DTL-83723, EN2997, and Rolls-Royce ESC standards. They are available in Stainless Steel qualified to ESC15 & 16 are in Titanium qualified to ESC20 & 21. The Titanium versions provide comparable performance to Stainless Steel, but with 30% weight savings, offering significant benefits in aero-engine applications where weight is critical.
HVDC
HVDC is a low mating force, high mating cycle connector that achieves enhanced performance due to multiple points of contact vs. standard 2 or 4 tine contacts. Weight savings with a composite shell and hollow pin design threaded or lug termination. Temperature rating: 180°C. Current Rating: 365 Amps

High power interface with a wide variety of features providing solutions for system design challenges created by increasing power consumption.
IP67
IP67 rated D-Subs are built to protect your electronics from ingress of dust, solids, water, and other liquids. Sealing is available in PCB mount and Crimp Removable.
Junction Modules/Electronic Modules
Series I Terminal Junction Modules and Series II Socket Junction Modules are robust, reliable, and perform to M81714 electrical and mechanical standards. Series I uses standard M39029/1 pin contacts. Series II uses M39029/22 socket contacts. Both accommodate 12-26 AWG wires. Mounting rail and installation/termination accessories and customization available.
Leap-AHRD
The 300Gb/s Leap-AHRD High-Speed Optical Module is faster, smaller, more cost, and power-efficient than most conventional data center interconnects. The on-board transceiver rugged device is capable of speeds up to 25Gbps and distances up to 100 meters. The optical cable can be routed above and around other components in the integrated heat-sink design.
Lightweight Ground Modules
New, lightweight grounding modules are suitable for a wide variety of military and airframe power distribution and grounding system applications. A convenient footprint for mounting on airframe or vehicle frames. High altitude operating specifications, low outgassing, and a high degree of salt spray resistance make the modules suitable for space & near-space applications.
LMD and LMS
Designed to provide flexibility in the assembly of wire harnesses that are used in instrumentation and avionic control environments. The modular design of the LMD provides rack and panel or cable to cable attachment. Supplementing the LMD connector family, the LMS in-line splice connector; a low-cost interconnect that incorporates the LMD modules and contacts.

Low-cost LRM variation for cost savings from traditional LRMs. Family of connectors designed for Secondary Power Distribution Systems.
Low Profile Solderless PCB Edge Launch Connectors
SV’s new low profile RF solderless edge launch connectors are ideal for high frequency PCB applications. These rugged and reusable connectors occupy a smaller footprint on your board with a flange that is 30% smaller than the standard. Able to accommodate multiple PCB thicknesses, these connectors do not damage your board. Available in SMA, 2.92mm, 2.4mm and 1.85mm series.
LRM Connectors
Line replaceable module connectors are for motherboard/daughterboard chassis enclosures and have multiple options for contact count and termination methods. The utilization of Brush contacts with low mating force, ESD shields for Level II Maintenance, and lateral float for ultimate cold wall heat dissipation, make this board-to-board mating scheme the best solution for ruggedized chassis.
Luminus
Luminus are small, lightweight, cost-effective connectors that are highly reliable and simple to use. With multiple configurations and arrangements available, a solution can be tailored to suit your application’s exact requirements. RoHS and REACH compliant.

M12 Hermetic Connectors
These connectors are miniature threaded, hermetically sealed connectors that are designed to meet and exceed the mechanical and environmental requirements IEC-61076-2-101 with fixed pin contacts, fused into a glass dielectric insert. These connectors are available as Stainless Steel receptacles with eyelets, solder buckets, or PCB contacts.
M55116 Plugs and Jacks
Complete line of qualified MIL-DTL-55116 audio connectors which are used throughout military and commercial radio systems and intercom systems for ground, vehicle, airborne, and naval communications. Custom M55116-type connectors with options such as PCB contacts, grounded and shielded connectors, and right-angle plug connections.
