Amphenol has developed an extensive range of SIM and micro SD card readers which come in several different configurations including Simlocks, wing and bridge blocks, standard sim and SD blocks, with options of shielding protection, integrated detect switch, float, or SMT mounting.

These lightweight style connectors have a positive latch type lock. CB/CBX connectors are perfect for PC board and blind mating applications. Key Features are PC board mounting, In-line mating, IFE (In-Flight Entertainment) system, Video, Audio, Seat-to-Seat, etc., and Aircraft lighting ballast.

The CBC line of galley and buffet connectors are designed and warranted to meet or exceed the original equipment specifications and performance parameters long established for conventional aircraft. These connectors are subjected to rigid individual inspection and close-controlled quality assurance standards to ensure years of trouble-free service in the heavily-used passenger service areas of the aircraft.

Whether tractors, excavators, or construction machines, the segment IVCM (Industrial Vehicles and Construction Machines) places high demands on the connectors used. The CONEC series of overmolded AT, DT, superseal connectors are assembled in-house and overmolded and thus provide optimal protection against external influences in harsh environments. Degree of protection: IP67/IP69K.

The ATM connector series is designed as a cable-to-cable connection. It locks securely and without tools via a latch. The series is not only used in agricultural, agricultural and vehicle technology, but also frequently in process automation and control technology. The overmoulded ATM connectors are available as plugs and sockets in the variants connecting cable with open cable end or connecting cable.

In addition to agricultural and automotive engineering, CPC connectors are frequently used in control cabinets, robotics, injection molding machines, and machine tools. This design is a robust connector which, in contrast to the previous agricultural connectors in the CONEC product range, has a threaded connection with positive detent and is smaller in size than, for example, an ISOBUS connector.

The connector series is designed for Industrial Ethernet wiring with protection degree IP67 and the bayonet locking allows fast, simple and robust connection in harsh environments. The broad portfolio includes connectors in plastic, metalized plastic or full metal.

With increasing demands on efficiency in agriculture, precision farming is becoming more and more important. Precision farming is the targeted management of utilized agricultural land. To ensure the necessary communication between tractors, equipment, and agricultural management software, the non-proprietary ISOBUS is used.

M8 actuator sensor cables, motor, feedback, and hybrid cables. M12 actuator sensor cables (3–8 pole, A-coded). M12 network cables (B-, D-, X-coded) for Ethernet, Profinet, Sercos, and EtherCAT. RJ45 network cables also available.

Amphenol's contact pads are used in contact areas and as spacers on PCBs. Durable plating includes a diffusion barrier. The contact pads connect with low resistance over the product's lifetime for use in sensitive connections of antennas, microphones, and carbon PCBs. They are available in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Thickness: scalable ≥ 0.1 mm.

CQ Connectors are aerospace-grade, quick-disconnect rectangular connectors based on the standard D-Subminiature (MIL-DTL-24308) footprint. Featuring a unique push-button locking mechanism that eliminates the need for tools and screws, they are designed for rapid installation, blind-mating, and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention in mission-critical aviation and defense applications.

The CSLT is a quick coupling connector for use in Avionics systems, which can be used with PC tail and solder cup contacts in the receptacle and standard AS39029 size 20 contacts in the plug. This connector can be polarized in six different positions. The bayonet post design on this quick coupling connector is just an example of the capabilities we have available for your custom interconnect solutions.

DHR (Down-hole Rotatable ) is made from high-temperature material (200°C operations) with gold-plated BeCu contact bands. Our process enables the creation of 1-piece contacts, from the ring- through the back end. 4, 8, and 10 Contacts available. These solid connectors have eliminated solder and laser-weld failure points within the connector, and have increased the strength and life.
