The connector housings for accommodating flat contacts of various sizes are used for the electrical connection between the wiring harness and the various units in the car. There are 1- to 14-pole versions in sealed or unsealed design.
Amphenol's independent AM/FM antenna is constructed with FPC. It has double sided adhesive tape on the back for flexible installation. Customized harness length is overmolded onto the FPC with a standard Fakra connector.
Amphenol's independent GNSS box includes an L1 band (1559MHz-1610MHz) patch antenna and a corresponding LNA. A customized harness length can be applied with a standard Fakra connector. It is applied in a vehicle for navigation.

Amphenol's PCIe® M.2 Gen 4 connectors provide 67 contacts on 0.50mm pitch and signal transmission speed of 16Gb/s. It is designed for PCIe® 4.0, USB 3.0/3.1 and SATA 3.0 applications, and USCAR compliant, making it suitable for automotive applications. PCIe® M.2 connectors also support higher data rate transmission with both single and double-sided modules.
