heavy|mate® | Heavy Duty Rectangular Connectors
The connectors of the heavy|mate® - C146 series - also called heavy duty rectangular connectors - are modular connector lines consisting of hoods and housings, inserts and contacts that are designed for applications in harsh industrial environments. Highly cost-effective processing is possible by using stamped crimp contacts at consistently high-quality connections.
Hermetic
Positronic Hermetic Series is designed for space and industrial vacuum applications. All of our hermetic connectors have been 100% leak tested after fabrication, and conform to the MIL-DTL-24308, Goddard, and the SPACE-D32 specifications.
Hermetic Bulkhead RF Adapters
SV Microwave has extended our selection of rugged RF interconnects with a new line of bulkhead hermetic adapters. These hermetically sealed, panel mount connectors can be used for "inside-of-the-box" applications that must withstand rigorous environments and harsh elements like water, dust, air, or the vacuum of space. Current configurations include SMA, 2.92mm, SMP and SMPM series.
HIFU Medical Transducers
Piezo Technologies pioneered piezoelectric ceramics for High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) treatments, including piezo ceramic elements and full transducer design and manufacturing. Medical HIFU applications: tissue ablation for prostate and other cancer treatments, heart ablation, catheter-based ultrasound, kidney stones, uterine fibroids, skin tightening and lifting. ISO 13485 certified.

High Density Metric RF Cable Assemblies
SV Microwave now offers fixed-length Ø.047" and Ø.085" RF cable assemblies in standard 125mm, 250mm, and 500mm lengths. These assemblies focus on high-density, high-frequency configurations featuring SMP, SMPM, or SMPS interfaces.
High Density RF Adapters
SV Microwave has released a line of high density SMP, SMPM and SMPS in-series RF adapters that operate up to a frequency of 65 GHz. With a blindmate push-on interface, these adapters are ideal for applications that are tight on space and electrical specifications.
High Density RF Cable Assemblies
SV Microwave has expanded its offering of fixed-length, high-performance RF cable assemblies with additional high-density configurations. Featuring female SMP, SMPM / VITA 67.3 SMPM and SMPS connectors, these cable assemblies are ideal for embedded system applications or anywhere where space requirements are at a premium.
High Frequency Coaxial D38999 Contacts
SV Microwave offers DC to 40 GHz high frequency size 8, 12 and 16 coaxial contacts for the D38999 Series III housing and standard inserts. These contacts allow any application to continue to use the D38999 connector and be able to expand the use to include the microwave transmission lines.
High Frequency RF Adapters
SV Microwave has released a line of high frequency adapters capable of excellent signal performance up to 65 GHz. These between-series adapters are configured with a variety of threaded and push-on interfaces making them ideal for various applications.
