AFSI’s line of 109 series hermaphroditic connectors offers the ultimate in flexibility and is a direct replacement for the TAC4. The 109 connector line meets or exceeds the pertinent requirements of SMPTE standard 358M on harsh environment multi-channel fiber optic connectors suitable for deployment in demanding outdoor broadcast applications, including HDTV signal transmission.
The 127/HE8 series is a medium-density range of multi-contact plug-in connectors for PCB. This range of 2.54 staggered grid, low profile connectors offers the widest range of hardware, guides, and contact terminations, providing more flexibility to PCB designers.
Designed for applications that demand size and weight savings without sacrificing the electrical and mechanical performance of a standard MIL-DTL-38999. 70% Lighter and 50% Smaller than Similar MIL-DTL-38999 Connectors. Fully Intermateable, Intermountable, and Interchangeable with Mighty Mouse.
D38999 Series III style connectors featuring an integral banding platform or integral strain relief eliminate the need for an additional backshell accessory. The banding platform incorporated into the rear of the connector shell allows the user to attach the shield of their cable directly to the connector, providing superior EMI shielding, enhanced sealing, and ease for overmold applications.
The 38999 reduced flange connector provides more density on the panel with a 41% surface saving in harsh environment applications. This connector is designed for harsh environment applications across multiple markets, such as ground vehicles, data acquisition equipment, planes, helicopters, avionics calculators, and UAVs where superior electrical performance and surface savings are needed.
Amphenol 62IN series connectors are general-purpose, environmental resistant, miniature circular connectors with three-point bayonet coupling & five keyway polarization, design to meet the requirement of MIL-DTL- 26482 series 1 solder type, These connectors are widely used in military & Industrial application, available in a variety of sizes, styles & configuration.
Amphenol 97B reverse bayonet coupled connectors designed to meet the requirement of MIL-DTL-5015, available in a variety of styles & classes. Connectors having features like quick mating of bayonet coupling with audible full mating features provides resistance to shock & vibration and avoid connector decoupling in even the most ruggedized application.
This series meets the applicable requirements of SAE AS95234 and VG95234 with optional RADSOK® socket contacts for up to 250 amps possible in a ruggedized harsh environment, metal, reverse bayonet coupling, power, and signal connector. With over 280 insert arrangements ranging from 1 to 85 contacts per connector with a standard operating temperature from -55°C to +125°C.
This series, meeting applicable requirements of SAE AS50151 and up to 250 amps possible with optional RADSOK® socket contacts is a general duty or ruggedized harsh environment, metal, threaded coupling, power, and signal connector. With over 275 insert arrangements ranging from 1 to 85 contacts per connector with a standard operating temperature from -55°C to +125°C.
AGE96929 its single pole high Ampere low voltage reverse bayonet connector meets the requirements of VG96929 standard. Shell design & mating dimensions based on VG95234 standard. Insulator split type with two-piece construction retained with constant spring force which allows exchanging crimp contacts multiple times.
Multiple options for alternate-to-cadmium platings, including Durmalon, Black Zinc Nickel, and the new AP-93 1000-hour salt spray approved plating. Amphenol uses the RoHS requirements and the latest revisions to the MIL-DTL-38999 specification to develop these platings.
This series, based on SAE AS50151 and AS95234 utilizing RADSOK® socket contact technology, is ruggedized for harsh environments, high power connectors with metal threaded, reverse bayonet, or push/pull coupling. With over 90 insert arrangements ranging from 1 to 59 contacts per connector and up to 1000 amps possible with a standard operating temperature from -55°C to +125°C.
AN/PRC 117G & 152 Military Radio Data Cables and Connectors
Amphenol Tactical Communication (ATC) connectors and cable assemblies are designed to interface with the AN/PRC-117G and AN/PRC-152 military radio 32 pin data connector. The ATC connectors are designed to be used in harsh environment applications and feature a rugged, watertight two (2) piece metal shell design. Enhanced EMI-shielding capabilities ensure superior performance.
AP-93 is a conductive REACH/RoHS compliant finish that outperforms Cadmium. AP-93 exceeds Olive-Drab Cadmium plating by meeting 1000 hours of dynamic salt spray, 500 mating cycles, and meets the millivolt drop shell-to-shell conductivity of nickel (Class F). AP-93 meets a 200° C temperature rating, is compatible with other platings, and is available on all D38999-style Series III connectors.
The Amphenol AXOS fiber optic expanded beam is a miniature, hermaphroditic, and cost-effective alternative to other expanded beam connectors, offering a robust and protected optical connection in a small size (OD 27 mm).
