Cable and Wire Harnesses
Amphenol Borisch Technologies has a long history of manufacturing complex cable and wire harnesses for a broad range of harsh environment defense and aerospace applications. Our capabilities include over-molding, custom backshells, unique cable transitions, braiding for EMI/RFI and mechanical abrasion production, rapid prototyping, live-layup, test, X-ray, and custom fixtures.
Cable Separators
Cable Separators are used to help separate cable harnesses from one another, aiding in organizing cable routing throughout the aircraft. Available in either Nylon or PEEK, they maintain clearance between two parallel or crossing cable harnesses preventing wire abrasion. Nine different versions are available and they are qualified to Airbus standard ABS1144.
Cable Supports
Cable Supports are made to affix on an aircraft’s airframe, helping to secure and manage cable harnesses as they run throughout the aircraft body. They are offered in nylon and are designed for use in airframe, fuel tank, and engine applications. CapLock & PlugLock
Amphenol SOCAPEX has launched a series of locking accessories for 38999, RJFTV and USBFTV connectors and caps. These locking accessories
for connectors that help strengthen cybersecurity.
The series includes CapLock, PlugLock and Metal CapLock. These locks prevent manual unlocking of receptacles thereby ensuring additional security.
CB/CBX All-Plastic Connectors
These lightweight style connectors have a positive latch type lock. CB/CBX connectors are perfect for PC board and blind mating applications. Key Features are PC board mounting, In-line mating, IFE (In-Flight Entertainment) system, Video, Audio, Seat-to-Seat, etc., and Aircraft lighting ballast.
CBC/Galley Connectors
The CBC line of galley and buffet connectors are designed and warranted to meet or exceed the original equipment specifications and performance parameters long established for conventional aircraft. These connectors are subjected to rigid individual inspection and close-controlled quality assurance standards to ensure years of trouble-free service in the heavily-used passenger service areas of the aircraft.
CC1339 Light Clamps

CC5516 Light Clamps
Improved version of the CC5516 standard series, these Amphenol Air LB France's lightweight versions offer additional weight saving (up to 24% more!). Designed to keep the cable harnesses or hydraulic pipes securely maintained on a structure, they are easy-to-install, robust, flexible, and provide safety over time vs. metallic clamps. CC5516 Series
CC5516 series is a new line of lightweight Cable Clamps, in composite and silicone, derived from the legacy NSA5516 metallic clamps. They are designed to keep cable harnesses or hydraulic pipes securely maintained on a structure. They are closed and fixed on the structure by screw (not supplied), in one simple operation.

Circular Connectors

Circular Multiport Connection System
This product combines SMPM/SMPS connectors into a single multiport, reducing its footprint as compared to an equivalent amount of threaded single port connectors. This unique multiport has a keying feature that properly aligns connectors to their mating halves.
This reduces mating error, the time necessary to make multiple connections and the amount of tooling needed.
CLP & CLPP Circular Connectors
The connectors in use today by the airframe OEMs and the suppliers of galleys and galley insert modules have been standardized for ease of maintenance and interchangeability, and are designed to accommodate the many different plug-in warming devices and other ancillary units presently in use world-wide. These lightweight style connectors have a positive latch type lock.
