Standoffs
Standoffs were designed with strength, stability, and weight reduction in mind. Our Standoffs are made with PEEK— a very strong, non-conductive/non-corrosive, and lightweight material - designed to replace heavier aluminum. They come with a locking feature for security, are designed with ribs to provide additional strength.
Standoffs - ABD031
Standoffs were designed with strength, stability, and weight reduction in mind. ABD031 standoffs are made with black thermoplastic and conform to ABD031 flammability standards. There are two types of these standoffs - Type I has an operating temperature range of -67° to 266° and uses a screw mount; whereas Type II has an operating temperature range of -67° to 185° and uses a tie-down mount.

SuperFlex Ø.047" RF Cable Assemblies
SV Microwave offers fixed-length RF cable assemblies using its extremely pliable SuperFlex Ø.047" cable. SV's SuperFlex product line includes right angle and straight SMP and SMPM connectors for unmatched routing in tight spaces.
This super flexible coax cable is capable of extreme bends, which allow it to fit in tight spaces and route for any application. Available in series: SMP, SMPM and SMA.
SV20 Size 20 D38999 Contacts
SV’s D38999 size 20 pin and socket contacts are compatible with MIL-DTL-38999 Series I, II, III, and IV housings, while the Micro38999 size 20HD pin and socket contacts are designed for MIL-DTL-32689, 2M, and Series 80. This high-frequency solution delivers superior electrical performance up to 40 GHz and is optimized for .047 cable, offering exceptional flexibility for compact packaging applications.
SV Microwave's Glass Seal Capability
SV Microwave's manufacturing teams are able to support the production of glass-seal PCB connectors through either COTS (Custom Off The Shelf) products or through customized orders. Our flexible and agile team can support both high and low volume orders.
TAC Connectors
TAC Connectors are designed and manufactured to the exacting specifications of MIL-DTL-55116 requirements at half the size of the standard connectors. They are the ideal choice to reduce size and weight and still maintain many of the same performance benefits wherever an M55116 connector is needed on a newly designed system.

TCOM®-195-FR is a flexible, low-loss coaxial cable designed for durability and high shielding performance. Matching the attenuation of LMR®, it offers low PIM and rugged multi-layer shielding. Ideal for environments requiring movement after installation. The TCOM-195-FR variant features a fire-resistant, non-halogen CMR/MPR-rated (PCC-FT4) jacket.

TCOM-240-FR is a flexible, low-loss coaxial cable with the same attenuation as LMR, engineered for durability and low PIM performance. Its multi-layer shielding ensures reliable operation in demanding environments with frequent handling.
