Energy Management Components
High Voltage Applications - We manufacture customized high-voltage wiring harnesses using Amphenol contact systems. The HV interfaces are specially designed for use in sophisticated applications and are suitable for all temperature ranges of the vehicle. Advantages in terms of size, weight, and power density can be realized.
Engine & Ancillary Components
Connecting Cable for Engine Cooling - The connectors, including the seal, are automatically over-moulded in production cells with lead frame and liquid silicone LSR. Special process steps create the connection to the lead frame, strain reliefs, and longitudinal water tightness.
EV Series Power connectors
EV series connectors specially designed for connecting power cables within mobile & stationary power supplies. Power supply may be used with vehicle drives systems or stationary power. The IP2X or TUV finger-proof design allows much greater flexibility when connectorizing "Always Hot" system such as battery pack.
