PwrMAX® I/O Cable Connector System
PwrMAX® I/O is the highest density power and signal cable connector available. It is capable of carrying up to 50A/Contact (100A/column) with 12 adjacent contacts powered. A range of 6AWG - 8AWG wire options are available for power contacts and 22AWG for signal contacts. This connector series also offers slide-to-lock or squeeze-to-release latching options.

The Pwr TwinBlade® cable system is designed to support applications that demand the supply of high power. The Pwr TwinBlade® connectors employ a proven contact system in a touch-proof design that is capable of supporting currents of up to 100A per contact. The new sensing contacts can be used to eliminate the potential for damage from hot-plug conditions.

Pyle 26500 Hermetic Connectors
Amphenol/Pyle Commercial 26500 Connectors are qualified to Military Specification MIL-DTL-26500, as well as numerous high-performance customer specifications. Available in Stainless Steel receptacle, with bayonet or threaded coupling. Amphenol/Pyle is an experienced supplier of highly reliable hermetic connectors for the aircraft industry and our ZZL and ZZB series of hermetics.

QMA Connector Series
The QMA connector is a quick disconnect version of the SMA connector and shares the same internal construction, which allows the connector to have excellent performance up to 6 GHz.

QSFP Cable Assemblies

QSFP DD
Amphenol's QSFP DD interconnect system is comprised of a 76 position, 0.8mm pitch connector built for use in high speed serial applications. Each port supports up to 400Gb/s in aggregate over an 8 x 50Gb/s electrical interface. The cage and connector design provides backwards compatibility to QSFP28 modules which can be inserted into a QSFP DD port and connected to 4 of the 8 electrical channels.

QSFP DD OverPass™ products remove high speed signaling from the PCB and create an eight channel direct lower loss interconnection between the ASIC site and the external QSFP DD IO port by overpassing the PCB. This helps to enable 56G and 112G hardware system designs and a technology for future 224G systems.

QSFP OverPass™ Assemblies
28G AND 56G DIRECT HIGH SPEED CONNECTION FROM CHIP SITE TO IO PORT
QSFP OverPass™ products remove the high speed signaling from the PCB and create a four channel direct lower loss interconnection from the ASIC site to the external IO port by overpassing the PCB. This helps to enable 28G and 56G hardware system designs.

Amphenol's QSFP (Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable) connector, cage and cable assemblies are designed to meet emerging data center and high performance computing application needs for a high density cabling interconnect system capable of delivering aggregate data bandwidths of 40Gb/s & 56 Gb/s & 112 Gb/s.

Quadrax Contacts
High-Speed Quadrax contacts consist of an outer contact with four inner contacts spaced to form two 100 or 150 Ohm controlled impedance differential pairs. Both contacts, when used in D38999 Series III and ARINC connectors, provide an excellent alternative for harsh environment applications such as Ethernet 100 Base-T-100 Ohm, Gigabit Ethernet 1000 Base-T-100 Ohm, Fibre Channel-150 Ohm.

High-Speed Quadrax Contacts consist of an outer contact with four inner contacts spaced to form two 100 or 150 Ohm controlled impedance differential pairs. Both contacts, when used in Amphenol MIL-DTL-38999 Series III and ARINC type connectors, provide an excellent option for harsh environment applications.
