With Amphenol SOCAPEX USBF TV & USB3F TV, connectors, users can insert a standard USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 cordset into a metallic plug that protects it from shock, dust, and fluids. The range is for Atex Zone 2 environments. It's based on MIL-DTL-38999 series III with a threaded locking mechanism. The connectors are sealed against fluids and dust (IP68).

Amphenol FCI USB Type-C connector is a compact, reversible interface that enables high-speed data transfer and power delivery. Ensures quick and seamless file transfers and multimedia streaming. It can be plugged in either way, eliminating the hassle of trying to align the connector correctly. It supports scalable power delivery up to 240W and speed up to 40Gb/s.

Amphenol offers customized USB type C receptacles, whether in USB2.0 or USB3.0 version, in surface or mid-mount SMT version. Amphenol has also developed its own standard “strong” type, which enables high soldering adhesion to the PCB, suitable for harsh environments or high cable pulling force requirements. Waterproof versions have been designed as well.

Amphenol's Waterproof Micro USB 2.0 comes with full shielding that protects against Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), Radio-Frequency Interference (RFI), and Electromagnetic Discharge (ESD). The USB connector supports fast charging with 1.8A power contacts and is capable to support up to 3A for customized needs. These halogen-free connectors meet IPX4 industry ratings.
