G14 Series OCuLink connectors are internal and external Small Form Factor PCIe connectors and cables optimized for the client and mobile market segments, while suitable for various datacom, consumer, and industrial applications. The Omni-Path verified DAC copper cables, are offered to address the needs of the majority of the inter-cabinet & short-reach intra-cabinet cable connections while minimizing cable bulk & cable routing issues, up to 4 meters using 30AWG cable. Longer-length cables up to 6 meters also maximize the length of copper. These longer cables use 26AWG high-performance bulk cable.
Optical Hub Cabinets provide fiber distribution to subscribers from a compact, environmentally protected outdoor terminal. The OHC series supports fusion, pre-terminated and field terminated feed and drop fibers. These PON terminals have space for multiple splitters for incremental growth. They may be pad, pole, or wall-mounted for placement flexibility.
"The Optik-D™ fibre-optic connector solution is for designers who need to terminate optical cable in harsh or challenging environments. It is an ARINC 801 conforming fibre-optic connector designed to be used with the Positronic Combo D-Subminiature family. Optik-D is more cost-effective than D38999 or ARINC 600-based systems and is compatible with ARINC 801 products from other manufacturers.
Amphenol Fiber Systems International (AFSI) offers the Optron line of circular, hybrid (fiber optic/ electrical) connectors using proven M28876 technology. The high-precision engineered polymer insert provides optical performance superior to that of other hybrid connectors, particularly in high channel count configurations.
Amphenol's OSFP interconnect system has 60 contacts per port, with a 0.6mm contact pitch and 8 high-speed channels. The OSFP footprint is optimized for signal integrity performance and built for use in high-speed serial applications. SV Microwave just released standard SMA and 2.92mm female bulkhead cable assemblies used to transmit a signal through a panel using a single mounting hole. The bulkhead connector style allows installation through a box or panel without the use of screws. The fastening nut is installed around the front of the connector on the outside of the box or panel.
