Coaxial Fixed Attenuators
Amphenol RF attenuators are designed to offer flat attenuation over the designated frequency range and feature a microwave grade resistor that consistently reduces power. Hex flats on the body allow this attenuator to be easily torqued to the mating connector.
Coaxial Terminators and Loads
Amphenol RF terminators are available in many common series and genders including; 1.0/2.3, APC-3.5, APC-5.5, BNC, F-type, HD-BNC, N-Type, QMA, and SMA. Amphenol RF terminators reliably prevent RF signals from being reflected along the transmission line to reduce interference.

Compact PCI Serial 3U 6-Slot Backplane

Concentric Twinax Contacts
The size 8, 10, and 12 concentric twinax contacts were developed for applications that require high-performance interconnect characteristics in multi-pin connectors. Ideal for this application need is the high-performance D38999 Series III connector with its fully scoop-proof feature of recessed pins. The concentric Twinax contact is crimp terminable to twisted shielded cable.
Conduits
High-performance Conduits are intended to be supported by Amphenol Pcd P-Clamps. Conduits provide support for wire bundles where separation or protection from other systems or structures is necessary. Conduits can be installed anywhere in the aircraft, including the wings. Although Amphenol Pcd Conduits are available in various standard configurations and sizes, we offer custom products as well.
CONEC D-SUB Filter connectors
With increasing data transmission rates and operating frequencies, it is becoming increasingly important to ensure the function of electrical devices and systems in each other’s environment in order to guarantee trouble-free operation. CONEC filter connectors help to dissipate conducted interference directly at the interface. Filter D-SUB connectors are available as standard, high density or dual port.

CONEC IP67 USB series

Conformable RF Cable Assemblies
SV Microwave's conformable RF cable assemblies can be easily formed by hand. The braided outer shield of the standard flexible cable is replaced with a tin-plated outer braid that is durable but flexible. Conformable or hand-formable cable assemblies are ideal when the cable bends must be determined during the installation of the assembly.

Control panels for construction machines, yachts, and boats include pushbuttons and switches (for example from Carlingswitch), control indicators, and displays with application software. Control panels made out of ABS, PMMA, metal class A2 and A4. Possible protection rate up to IP65-67. Manufactured according to customer specification and design.
Converge RF Cable Assembly Capability
SV Microwave offers a completely customizable solution to optimize cable assembly flexibility in applications with tight routing requirements while minimizing insertion loss. Our proprietary ConvergeRF capability introduces a direct solder connection that transitions from Ø.047" cable to Ø.085" cable without additional interfaces.
CRN Brackets
CRN Bracket is custom-made to hold the “Current Return Network” in place inside a composite aircraft. Very easy to install with a bolt, the CRN system is fixed in place by hand with an integrated snap system on the bracket. The bracket is made of PEEK material and silicone is over-molded onto the bracket.
Cryo-Seal Hermetic Connector Series
The Cryo-Seal Hermetic connector series is designed for extreme low-temperature environments. They are built to retain contact-to-contact sealing in temperatures as low as -319 °F (-195° C).
Temperatures falling below -85 °F (-65 °C) typically leaves one at risk of losing the pin-to-pin environmental seal and/or having cracked elastomeric components leading to electrical shorting.

The hermaphroditic mating makes it possible to “daisy chain” cable assemblies without using any interconnect adapters. Piezo Technologies specializes in designing, modeling, and developing hemispherical and spherical piezoelectric ceramic sensing elements for customers who range from prime defense contractors to naval labs and advanced marine research teams. Some require only the ceramic, custom-shaped to exacting frequency, sensitivity, and depth specifications. Others ask us to build the entire transducer.
Custom Molded Cables for Harsh Environments
Amphenol offers high-performance injection-molded cable assemblies (PVC, TPU, LSZH, and Polyurethane). Amphenol performs potting and encapsulation with MIL-M 24041 epoxies. Our mold library supports most Amphenol and Mil-Spec connectors. With vast adhesion studies made on new plating materials, superior over-molding is achieved.
Custom Piezoceramic Composites
Piezo Technologies’ custom piezoceramic composites offer improved and tunable acoustic matching, higher bandwidth, and faster ringdown characteristics, compared to traditional piezoceramics. D38999 Connectors with Coaxial, Concentric Twinax, and Triax Contacts
MIL-DTL-38999 connectors are ideally suited for shielded contacts for high-performance, high-speed interconnection applications. Insert arrangements can incorporate: coax (sizes 8, 12, and 16); twinax (sizes 8 and 12); and triax contacts (sizes 8, 10, and 12).
D38999 Contact Cable Assemblies
Amphenol SV Microwave offers high-frequency BMA and SMPM D38999 cabled RF contacts (size 8, 12 & 16) to SMA male connectors on Ø.085 and Ø.141 cable types that populate standard D38999 circular connectors. These fixed-length cable assemblies allow you to expand the use of the standard D38999 circular connector to incorporate microwave transmission lines.

SV Microwave has released a line of D38999 pin and socket contacts that are aligned to the latest specification set forth by SOSA™. Deep Space 38999
The Deep Space 38999 Connector series is designed for extreme cold environments. They are built to retain a grommet-to-wire and contact-to-contact seal in temperatures beyond -85 °F (-65 °C), with inserts that have been cycle tested between -148 °F (-100 °C) to 392 °F (200 °C)
Differential Twinax Contacts
Used to facilitate the launching of controlled impedance signals to printed circuit boards. Two strategically spaced inner contacts form two 100 or 150 Ohm matched impedance differential pairs. Requires modification of MIL-DTL-38999 connector to accommodate keyed contacts. Available in size 8 crimp termination style. Also available in size 8 with PC tails.
Differential Twinax Contacts

Diode Connectors
Offer the versatility of a standard connector, with transient protection for sensitive circuits, such as TTL Lines. Failures generated by load switching, lightning, electrostatic discharge (ESD), and an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) can destroy unprotected IC components. Compatible with present filter connector assembly procedures, diodes can stand alone or can be combined in series with filters.

DL Series
DL Series are highly reliable circular connectors (wire soldering type) approved by TUV satisfying European safety standards and UL standards. They feature IP67 class water and dustproof, when mated, and a protective earth circuit with first mate break grounding contacts. They are ideal for use in machine tools, robots, and other industrial machines.
DPBP 70/3333-TETRA-N - Duplex Bandpass Filter
The DPBP 70/3333-TETRA-N is a Duplex Bandpass Filter for the European Public Safety/mission-critical network called Tetra, but it can also highly be used for the P25 networks or LMR/PMR UHF450 (380-470 MHz) radio networks. It is specked to 200 W CW and benefits among others for having a very high TX/RX Isolation and a very low Insertion Loss due to a unique silver plating in the filter house.

Dualok High-Vibration
Dualok is an enhanced anti-decoupling mechanism designed to perform under severe vibration environments. The Dualok system is proven to mitigate the negative effects of high vibration operation by eliminating connector back-off and reducing conditions that can cause fretting corrosion. Dualok is compatible with D38999 Series III receptacles and is qualified to Boeing BACC63EK.
Edge Lock RF PCB Connectors
SV Microwave’s new Edge-Lock PCB connector series is designed to pull the connector's contact lane into the edge of the PCB. The result is a fixture-less connector that is primed for reflow without any unnecessary custom fixtures to hold the connector in place.
