Extreme Exposure RF Connectors
Extreme exposure connectors are designed with a tin-nickel plating that offers an extra layer of protection with enhanced durability for a variety of harsh environments. These RF connectors are validated for up to 720 hours of salt spray endurance.
EZ-240-SM-RA-X
EZ-240-SM-RA-X is an SMA male (plug), right angle EZ connector for LMR®-240 and TCOM®-240 cables. It features crimp-style outer contacts, spring finger inner contacts, and a no-braid trim to eliminate FOD. BeCu pins ensure strong contact in cold, high-vibration environments. Fairlead Blocks
Fairlead Blocks provide stability against surges and vibration. Parts are designed with cored-out geometry to help reduce with by up to 20% from traditional rubber blocks. Amphenol’s engineering experience enables the company to develop blocks that accommodate a wide range of tube diameters, and the products have no loose parts—reducing the likelihood of FOD
Fiber Flex
Amphenol FSI Fiber Flex planes provide high density routing of fiber optic channels on a flexible substrate for backplanes and systems that require high density optical interconnects. Our flex planes fill the requirment of wire and cable management to maximize airflow inside LRUs and communication systems. Fiber Optic Bulkhead Feed -Through

Junction Modules/Electronic Modules
Series I Terminal Junction Modules and Series II Socket Junction Modules are robust, reliable, and perform to M81714 electrical and mechanical standards. Series I uses standard M39029/1 pin contacts. Series II uses M39029/22 socket contacts. Both accommodate 12-26 AWG wires. Mounting rail and installation/termination accessories and customization available.
LDG P-Clamps

Leap-AHRD
The 300Gb/s Leap-AHRD High-Speed Optical Module is faster, smaller, more cost, and power-efficient than most conventional data center interconnects. The on-board transceiver rugged device is capable of speeds up to 25Gbps and distances up to 100 meters. The optical cable can be routed above and around other components in the integrated heat-sink design.

QuickSNAP Lightening Bushings are made to help guide wired bundles through the aircraft’s frame and stringers. QuickSNAP Lightening Bushings significantly reduce installation times and the amount of foreign object debris (FOD).
