ACA-B Series

Amphenol ACA-B connectors are designed for commercial and industrial applications requiring a reverse bayonet style coupling device for high power and/or signal. Similar in design to a MIL-DTL-5015, ACA-B’s are a quick, positive mating type of connector perfect for markets such as factory automation, robotics and process control equipment. Amphe-Push Pull Series

Amphenol Industrial’s High Power Amphe-Push-Pull Connector features a single pole 8.0mm  RADSOK contact which provides a high current charge interface capable of 200 amps.  There are five different keyways to choose from to prevent incorrect mating. Key applications can be found in the HV&EV market, if you require wide operating temperatures, high current rating, excellent physical shock & vibration, and EMI shielding.

ePower

The ePower series of connectors are designed for the demanding requirements of hybrid, electric vehicles, and utility truck electrical systems, operating at 800vdc to 1000vdc with a 200A to 500A rating. The product incorporates the patented RADSOK® technology for higher amperage, lower T-rise, less resistance and mating force. Meantime, it offers a 40% smaller footprint than three EMI shielding cable glands and easier operation of termination with shielded cable by a washer compressing the shield to the inside surface of the shell. The connector series covers 2 or 3 power contacts. As an example, one ePower 400A connector can replace three conventional connectors, saving space and cost.

ePower-Lite

The ePower-Lite is a plastic power connector series designed to be used in the hybrid electric vehicle market. The series offers 2-pole, 3-pole and 4-pole options. The robust plastic shell can withstand high temperatures up to 125°C and provides dielectric protection for the connector. With patented RADSOK® technology, the connector features higher amperage, lower T-rise and voltage drop, and less resistance.

The compact, plastic shell structure is light weight with a small footprint, and is field installable and repairable. ePower-Lite also includes a CPA to provide connector position assurance that it is mated. All these attributes make ePower-Lite the interconnect of choice for the EV and Hybrid markets.
