Thermometrics Accusolve Diesel Particulate Filter Soot Sensor DPF

The Accusolve Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Soot Sensor utilizes radio frequency technology to enable accurate measurement of accumulated soot in the DPF, providing real-time soot loading data and real time closed loop control of the DPF regeneration process. Accurate measurement of the soot load allows for the optimization and reduction of regeneration cycles of the DPF. D38999 Fiber Optic / Hybrid Cable Assemblies

Amphenol Fiber Systems International (AFSI) designs and manufactures world class harsh environment fiber optic connectors and cable assemblies for the military and aerospace markets. Cable assemblies built with D38999 connectors, used in military, avionics, and industrial applications, are a cornerstone offering in our industry leading product line, along with TFOCA-II®, M28876 and expanded beam cable assemblies.

The D38999 circular connector series is designed for harsh environments, particularly those with wide temperature ranges and high mechanical vibrations. This electrical connector is adapted for fiber optics by using M29504/4 and /5 termini. These termini fit into any size 16 contact cavity. 

Precise alignment is critical to fiber optic connectors. The tightly toleranced fiber optic D38999 connectors ensure precise alignment with precision machined polarization keys and keyways which reduce radial misalignment. This precision yields superior optical performance when compared to standard D38999 connectors. Tight tolerance D38999 connectors also have a positive bottoming surface and conductive surface plating, assuring exceptional EMI/RFI performance.

All D38999 connectors feature a non-conductive insert making this a great connector choice when optical fibers and electrical wires must be used in the same connector. The D38999 series offers a wide range of shell sizes, backshells and insert patterns. Standard contacts and termini are available making any design simple and cost-effective.

Evaporator Temperature Sensor

Thermometrics Evaporator Temperature Sensor is used to measure evaporator core temperature. An evaporator cools the refrigerant in the HVAC system. Since the evaporator core operates at temperatures very close to 0°C, it is important to have an accurate and robust thermistor to measure its temperature to prevent the core from freezing. A frozen core could result in costly damage to the evaporator core and diminished HVAC operation, so that the cabin temperature can no longer be controlled.

Fuel Temperature Sensor (FTS)

Thermometrics Fuel Temperature Sensor (FTS) is designed to measure the temperature of a vehicle's fuel and relay this information to the engine control unit, so that it can optimize the air-to-fuel mix ratio, depending on what the fuel temperature is with respect to the intake air temperature. GE-1856 - Intake Air Temperature Sensor (IAT) | Thermometrics

Thermometrics GE-1856 Intake Air Temperature Sensor (IAT) monitors the temperature of the incoming intake air for an engine and provides a signal output that is proportional to air temperature. This signal can be used as an input to provide a signal to an ECU (Engine Control Unit). The ECU then uses this information to adjust fuel delivery and optimize the air-to-fuel ratio to produce the most efficient combustion. Thermometrics A-1737 Motor Coil Temperature Sensor

The Thermometrics A-1737 Motor Coil Temperature Sensor is used on a starter generator to provide temperature measurement of the motor coil. Typically mounted on the neutral bar, it detects increases in current that would indicate a failure that could lead to a stall. The sensor can also be used to monitor the motor windings temperature and warn of an over-temperature conditions.

Oil Temperature Sensor (OTS)

Thermometrics Oil Temperature Sensor (OTS) monitors the temperature of the engine oil in a vehicle and displays this measurement to the vehicle’s occupants. If a vehicle operates at too high a temperature, the engine can be in danger of damage. The OTS prevents this by allowing the operator to stop the vehicle and switch off the engine if the temperature of the oil gets too high as a result of an over heated engine.

P1602 Pressure Sensor Die

The NovaSensor P1602 Pressure Sensor Die is a piezoresistive pressure sensor offered in a miniature die. When excited with 1 mA constant current, the P1602 produces a millivolt output that is proportional to input pressure. The P1602 is available as an absolute pressure sensor, where the applied pressure is referenced to an internal vauum sealed within the die. With NovaSensor SenStable®, the P1602 will provide very low long-term stability erros and excellent repeatability.
