MT38999 Connectors

Amphenol offers a multi-channel circular connector with high density MT fiber optics. High fiber density in a relatively small circular connector package with all the advantages of the MIL-DTL-38999, Series III connector.

Octonet Contacts

Superior Ethernet contact system for MIL-DTL-38999, Series III. Eight strategically spaced inner contacts form four 100 Ohm matched impedance differential pairs. Easy drop-in replacement to installed connectors; no need to redesign. Self-removing contact feature - no extra contact extraction tool needed (24 Gauge only). Octonet Contacts are ideal for Ethernet or AFDX networks with a reduced envelope. This contact range fits within standard size 8 cavity of MIL-DTL-D38999/EN3645, SIM/EN4165, ARINC.

Pegasus Series

The Pegasus Series is Amphenol Pcd’s latest innovation in small, lightweight, rugged connectors. Designed for use in harsh environments, Pegasus builds on the successful Luminus Aerospace connector with the addition of EMI shielding. EMI shielding is provided by electroless copper and nickel plate, with a copper alloy spring finger gasket to ensure shell to shell conductivity. Tests show between 60db and 40db of attenuation, depending on frequency. This combination of light weight, small size, and EMI shielding makes Pegasus the ideal choice where protection against ambient noise transients, or suppression of emitted noise is required, and space and weight are at a premium.

Designed to secure and guide wire bundles through aircraft, Amphenol Pcd's Raceways were designed with lean manufacturing and durability in mind.  Built in a one-piece, lightweight design with multiple fixing points, our raceways are strong, durable and make wire bundle installation and maintenance easy.  Our Harness Supports were developed to secure large bundles and high loads, while our Hat Supports were developed to support a wide range of load requirements.  Our Spacer Strips were designed to separate wire bundles a specific distance from one another, while our low-profile Tie-Down Strips secure bundles directly to the structure.

Remote Data Concentrators

The Smart Bus Adaptor (SBA) is a special technology demonstrator to convert analog and discrete signals to digital format for streaming over the databus of any aircraft management system. It can be customized to meet special requirements and works well for retrofits or upgrades. An interconnection bundle may be adapted to equipment ICD's. Remote Data Concentrators are then able to configure inputs/outputs by itself through an intuitive HMI.


SOLARIS is a small, plastic, easy-to-use rectangular connector designed specifically for low and medium power applications.

Solaris’ spring-loaded slide lock mechanism is a snap to use - simply push to lock, and slide to unlock. The slide lock provides convenient single handed & tool-less mating, eliminating the Foreign Object Debris (FOD), found in typical screw mount D-Subs.  Each housing has raised finger ridges for a sure grip, and built-in cable tie access hole provides a “zero footprint” method to secure the connector to a bulkhead or cable bundle.

High grade polyethermide plastic makes SOLARIS suitable for man/machine interfaces with high mating cycles, and provides a wide operating temperature range.  Ultrasonically welded components means void free joints, sealing out humidity for long lasting, crack free operation over the life of the installation.   Interfacial seal and wire seal grommets provide IP67 sealing, meaning your application is free from dust, moisture and corrosion when exposed to the real world.


Designed to help guide wire bundles through aircraft, Amphenol Pcd's high performance Standoffs were designed with strength, stability, and weight reduction in mind. Our Standoffs are made with PEEK— a very strong, non-conductive/non-corrosive, and lightweight material - designed to replace heavier aluminum. They come with a locking feature for security, are designed with ribs to provide additional strength, and support a wide range of clamp sizes and raceways for added convenience.

Thermometrics NTC Thermistors Surface Mount Devices (SMD)

Thermometrics NTC Type Surface Mount Devices (SMD) are intended for temperature measurement, control and compensation. They are suitable for standard soldering techniques and availabe in a range of sizes, including 0402, 0603, 0805 and 1206.

Unpressurized Cable Assemblies

Build to specification and/or build to print requirements can be addressed from Digital Mock-Up data (DMU) to form boards of electrical harnesses in engine and all unpressurized areas. This will include wiring diagrams, product change management, configuration management and electrical testing.
