Remote Data Concentrators

The Smart Bus Adaptor (SBA) is a special technology demonstrator to convert analog and discrete signals to digital format for streaming over the databus of any aircraft management system. It can be customized to meet special requirements and works well for retrofits or upgrades. An interconnection bundle may be adapted to equipment ICD's. Remote Data Concentrators are then able to configure inputs/outputs by itself through an intuitive HMI.

Rack & Panel RNJ Connector

The RNJ rack and panel connectors are used to connect electrical or optical devices between a moving unit (rack) and a fixed unit (panel), without any coupling / uncoupling system. The locking of the mated pair is ensured by the mechanical device of the rack.These connectors with realignment capability were designed for harsh environment in term of sealing, shocks, vibrations and EMI protection. Smash is an advanced SEM E modular connector. Solaris

SOLARIS is a small, plastic, easy-to-use rectangular connector designed specifically for low and medium power applications.

Solaris’ spring-loaded slide lock mechanism is a snap to use - simply push to lock, and slide to unlock. The slide lock provides convenient single handed & tool-less mating, eliminating the Foreign Object Debris (FOD), found in typical screw mount D-Subs.  Each housing has raised finger ridges for a sure grip, and built-in cable tie access hole provides a “zero footprint” method to secure the connector to a bulkhead or cable bundle.

High grade polyethermide plastic makes SOLARIS suitable for man/machine interfaces with high mating cycles, and provides a wide operating temperature range.  Ultrasonically welded components means void free joints, sealing out humidity for long lasting, crack free operation over the life of the installation.   Interfacial seal and wire seal grommets provide IP67 sealing, meaning your application is free from dust, moisture and corrosion when exposed to the real world.

NPH Series of Solid State Medium Pressure Sensors

The NovaSensor NPH Series of Solid State Medium Pressure Sensors offer reliability at a low cost and small size. They are available in gauge, absolute and differential pressureversions. The NPH Standard TO-8 package is suitable for PC board mount. They are also compatible with non-corrosive gases and dry air.

An integrated circuit silicon sensor chip is housed in a standard TO-8 electrical package that is printed circuit board mountable. The latest techniques in micromachining have been used to ion-implant piezoresistive strain gauges into a wheatstone bridge configuration that is integrally formed on a micromachined silicon diaphragm. As with all NovaSensor silicon sensors, the NPH Series employs SenStable® processing technology, providing excellent output stability. Constant current excitation to the sensor produces a voltage output that is linearly proportional to the input pressure. The user can provide standard signal conditioning circuitry to amplify the 100 mV output signal. The sensor is compatible with most non-corrosive gases and dry air. A laser-trimmed, thick-film resistor network on a hybrid ceramic substrate provides temperature compensation.

ZTP-188ML Thermopile Infrared (IR) Sensor Module

Thermometrics ZTP-188ML Thermopile Infrared (IR) Sensor Module is used for non-contact surface temperature monitoring and presents temperature-compensated 8 linear array outputs via I2C with optics (silicon lens). It can also provide compatibility with the customer’s device without the need for recalibration. The ZTP-188ML uses 4-wire connections: two signals for I2C output, single power supply and ground. ZTP-315MIH Thermopile Infrared (IR) Sensor Module

Thermometrics ZTP-315MIH Thermopile Infrared (IR) Sensor Module is used for non-contact surface temperature monitoring. It presents temperature-compensated single outputs via voltage output with optics (glass lens for high temperature detection). It can also provide compatibility with the customer’s device without the need for recalibration. The ZTP-315MIH uses 3-wire connections for output signal, single power supply and ground.

The field of view is approx ±9 degrees for 50% normalized output with a total size is only 33 mm X 17 mm.
