SV Microwave's extreme frequency 1.85mm connectors were designed for mode free operation through 65 GHz. The interface uses a mostly air-dielectric with a support bead that is set back in the body of the connector to reduce bead interaction in a mated pair. Like the 2.92mm and 2.4mm connector, the body has been designed to ensure that the outer conductors engage before the center conductors make contact. The 1.85mm interface uses an M7 thread and is compatible only with the 2.4mm interface.

Stand-off receptacles for 38999 allow to fix directly the connector to the board with 3 or 4 screws. The square flange and jam nut receptacles are equipped with PC tail contacts and stand-off. This feature avoids the use of fastening device during the soldering process and ensures a perfect grounding between the shell of the connector and the ground of the board.

The 62GB miniature bayonet connector series offers designers important features not found in any other range of connectors. They are developed and manufactured entirely in the U.K. 62GB connectors have been well established globally on both industrial military communication projects, including Europe, Canada and India. 162GB Series crimp connectors share many of the features of 62GB solder connectors. Coupling is achieved with a triple-track bayonet locking system which gives positive alignment on all shell sizes. When connector halves are fully mated, there is a definite click. Inspection holes in the coupling ring will then reveal the bayonet pins on the receptacle which are clearly marked in yellow. The Amphenol design means simplified removal of coupling rings for servicing or replacement as they are front demountable. In addition, there is a rough grip, heavy-duty style, for arduous conditions and a lever coupling ring which allows extremely close mounting of connectors. The method of sealing is the same as for 62GB connectors; using peripheral seals on the rubber inserts and sealing the mating shells with a square section gasket. Wire sealing is by multiple risers in the rear grommet.

The Amphenol R58 series are high-performance environment-resistant, rectangular connectors designed to be compatible with allMIL-DTL-83733 connectors and Amphenol Canada is M83733 equivalent and the only qualified supplier for the Mil Spec JN1122.

Amphenol Aerospace's High Speed Solutions offers a fully integrated standalone Analog-to-Digital Converter package. Our integrated Analog-to-Digital Converters support input through High Frequency 50Ω MMCX RF type interconnects in a rugged MIL-DTL-38999 ultra-small form factor package. Amphenol Fiber Systems International (AFSI) offers the rugged, deployable ARES (Amphenol Reel Enhanced System) reel for tactical fiber optic network applications.
The ARES reels are made with reinforced glass nylon providing a rust-resistant, lightweight and durable reel for storing and deploying fiber optic cable assemblies. Integrated slots on the reel allow them to be stacked together for storage and transit. The ARES reel also has separate payout and storage areas allowing the operator to deploy cable needed rather than the entire stored length.
AFSI’s ARES reel comes in a variety of sizes to support multiple cable lengths and types. In addition, cleaning kits can be specified to support all popular harsh environment connectors including AFSI’s TFOCA, TFOCA-II®, TFOCA-III®, TACBeam® and Pierside. The tightly toleranced fiber optic D38999 connectors ensure precise alignment with precision machined polarization keys and keyways which reduce radial misalignment. These dual-band antennas are available in both Thin Film and Printed Circuit Board formats in square areas of 8mm x 40mm and 9mm x 30mm. The micro RF coax assembly lengths are by default 102mm and 127mm. Our WiFi antenna components may be customized for your OEM application. These antenna are designed for embedded applications, such as in set top boxes, gateways and routers. The antennas offer excellent gain in both 2.4 - 2.49 GHz and 4.9 - 5.9 GHz bands for applications such as 802.11a/b/g/n/ac WiFi formats, as well as both Bluetooth, and Zigbee.
Thermally stable to 75o C, the antennas use a high-bond adhesive tape for long term mounting. The antenna small footprint and shallow thickness facilitate flexibility in chassis placement. The attached small diameter (1.13 mm) coaxial cable allows for easy signal routing within a product chassis.

Dualok is an enhanced anti-decoupling mechanism that can be used on virtually any cylindrical plug connector and backshell. The Dualok Interconnect System greatly improves electrical performance in harsh environments while providing a size and weight savings when compared to standard connectors in the same class. Dualok technology is applied to the plug connector and backshell only and will mate with standard receptacles.
